Re: Trailer purchase/ pick up for Sunday 3-8-09 Just a note to let you know how pleased we are with our purchase.

We made a loaded trip down to Gulfport, MS over the weekend and the trailer was great. I think I have figured out the brake adjustments on the motor home end. I appreciate you taking the time to explain and coach me on that matter. I did drop the tongue height another 2" to get it level.

Hi there, my name is Gary Cordell and I bought an 18' gooseneck tilt trailer from you nice people for my business. Charles had no problem in helping me when I told him what I wanted, he ordered my trailer and it showed up earlier than expected. Everything on the trailer was exactly what i wanted. Dale done all the paper work, which was in order with no hassle. Great People, Great Product. I have hauled several different things in my time, but this is the first time ever with a goose neck trailer. I put a 71 Chevy Caprice on it last weekend, drove the car on the trailer, pulled it to Jacksonville, Fla.70-75 miles per hr. No problem at all. It pulled and tracked great. Like I said Great People to do business with, also a Great Product. I would highly recommend ya"ll to do business with.

The trailer I bought from you still looks as good as the day I bought it (I keep it covered with a heavy tarp). Your builder did a great job and the paint is holding up perfectly. Good Day Charles:

Just wanted to let you know that I got to drive the motor home and trailer today, about 2 1/2 hours and it was just exactly as you said! Now that the straps are on correctly and I feel secure about that, the driving is just great. I don’t even feel the trailer on behind, unless of course we’re going up a hill. Also the mileage is only slightly lower, thought it would be a huge difference.Anyway, thanks again for all your help the other day and for letting us leave the bikes and rack with you.Take care and see you in the late fall.

Hi Dale and Charles,

I got back to Texas early Wednesday morning and I was really impressed with how well my new trailer transported my Packard ambulance all the way from New Jersey. It loaded fast and pulled great. I'm really glad I went with the 22 ft deck since the ambulance took up a lot of the available space on the trailer. I've moved a lot of cars in the past few years with utility trailers and the tiltback on this trailer made the whole process a great deal easier. I'm convinced a tiltback is the only way to move cars.

When I called to ask you if I could purchase a replacement...you sent me one no charge! I tell that story every time someone in the N.Y.C. area asks me about my trailer...usually they are already writing down the phone# once they hear how much I paid for it brand new! Don’t know if you all remember Me Or not? But Anyway! I Wanted to let you Guys know that after some 50,000 Miles put on your trailer, with some loads well exceeding the 14,000 Lbs rating. If you are ever looking for a quality trailer, look no further than Sweet Rivers Farms. I purchased a 16 foot 10,000 lb rated trailer, picked it up at their shop in South Carolina, drove to West Virginia, loaded a 52 Dodge M-37 Power Wagon (5987 lbs), and hauled it to Montana. I went through every kind of weather imaginable, high wind, ice storm, and snow and my trailer did it all trailing straight and true with no problems whatsoever! I even had people at gas stations asking where I found a trailer that could haul such a load. The construction of their trailers is second to none, with attention to detail like brakes to both axles and plenty of stake pockets. Add to all this, their prices are much better than lesser trailers.Finally, you won't deal with a more professional group of folks. Dale and Charles go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I had a paperwork glitch that I needed fixed when I got home and all it took was a phone call and Dale was on it immediately. Hello Dale. I picked up my trailer today in Hillsboro, N.H. I really am impressed with the quality of the trailer, the features that it has, and it really tracks well behind my truck. I had priced trailers in my area to a 100 mile radius and I couldn't find one that comes close to what I had paid. The cheapest trailer that I could find was an open center bed trailer that couldn't compare to the quality and durability of the one I purchased from you. The $1,795. I paid plus $350. shipping was still $500. cheaper than the open bed that is available locally here. I'm proud to have your Sweet Rivers Farm Logo on my trailer, and will proudly display the trailer when I use it. Keep up the good service, reasonable pricing, and delivery service.
